2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from cheekyswank.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UK laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Age Restriction — 18+ Only All products sold on this website are alcoholic beverages. You must be aged 18 or over to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser or intended recipient is under 18.

4. Age Verification on Delivery Our delivery partners operate an age verification policy. If the recipient cannot provide valid proof of age on delivery, the parcel will not be left and will be returned to us. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the product value only — original delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Order Acceptance Placing an order does not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where: stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. You will be notified and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

6. Pricing and VAT All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.

7. Delivery We deliver to UK addresses only. Free standard delivery is available on orders over £35. Orders under £35 are subject to a delivery charge shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders same day (Monday–Friday). Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your order has been dispatched.

8. Damaged or Faulty Products If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cheekyswank.com with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We cannot accept claims for damage reported after 48 hours.

9. Returns and Cancellations Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the products are unopened and in their original condition. Alcohol that has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@cheekyswank.com. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

10. Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

11. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Cheeky Swank Limited and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Cheeky Swank Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.

13. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
